not getting any support from sleek i raise a ticket too, my bluk order syn is stuck not getting any report from report section

Developer has not tested this App thoroughly, we have raised many bugs in app & then they resolved the same. Still we are finding issues in terms of sync of HSN & Tax Rate with Shopify to this App but this App is having limitation & due to which we again manually need to configure HSN & Tax Rate against each product as we have products with multiple tax rate but this increases our work! Support Team is responsive but lot of testing is not properly done. Need lot of improvement in App as creating errors in Monthly GST Return Sales calculations. Other merchants may not be aware about this as reconciliation needs to be carried on to find this error!

Freaking Amazing NGL Our backend had an issue their support team not only helped us fix that ut also made sure that we are able to continuously use their software as per the settings of different add ons present in our shopify account.
