We started using it yesterday, so can speak about the value yet, but there is a couple of things that stand out above other PPU aps: - easy to set up, even without support everything is easy understandable - if you need support, they are quick and willing to help - triggers by order value, which is an awesome

Useful application and pretty simple and easy to set up. There are so many applications that cost too much, so we really appreciate this being free. Thank you.

Update!: Growave corrected the two issues I had with the upsell app. Now the upsell offer is very nice looking. I highly recommend this app. It is bringing in more sales for us. I'm a big fan of Growave apps and their customer service team is extremely nice and helpful. Once they fix a few things on this upsell app it will be perfect. It's a little clunky to adjust things at present.

I would recommend this app because it's super simple to use and the support has been phenomenal. Aijana always takes my feedback and always helps me with ideas for how to work within the app and helps with any questions I have about how to use it. The funnels are fantastic with the ability to customize based on needs I have and want to experiment with different funnels for maximizing revenue potential. There is even a manage priority feature to allow you to prioritize the funnels that appear in priority order. Additionally you can create funnels for segments, for example, giving discounts for customers based on spend amount. I have had upsells already on day 1 of implentation, that are leading to increased revenue and the bottom line. I have had many more upsells and although the app needs some tweaking, the team is ready to review and implement changes to make it better. I also really appreciate their support and recommended they change their chat app due to some obvious technical issues with being glitchy....snapshot images and videos dont load correctly and this can hinder smooth flow and communication. They took the feedback and will be discussing this with their team to correct this issue. When you need support you dont want to have to deal with something interrupting your support and communication This is the reason I am giving them a 5 star.

So far, so good! Easy to set up and does exactly what it says. Pulls in branding / design from our site which is super important for our business. Chat support is helpful and the free version is great for a startup business like ours. Great work team!
