We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first: 1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic! 2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials! 3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.

So far our experience has been good using The Grommet App. It worked seamlessly with Shopify, was easy to set up our product on their shopping channel and get our listing up on their website.
