Conceptually the app is good, but the developer has abandoned it for the lack of adoption. They aren't able to market it well for the potential of the app. No further enhancement, support or minor fixes/enhancements offered by the developer Hence the 1 star.

This app is a great addition for our site. It is super easy to use and works really well to allow customers to get marketing products but just pay for shipping. We have this on two sites and it will become a regular part of our marketing process. The support from the developers (Raj especially) has been great.
