Great and easy to use app! Mark helped me with setting everything up and getting me GPSR compliant. Widget looks great and has many customization options.

Great app and amazing support! I contacted the team to ask if it’s possible to have the customized warnings auto-translated. Within just a couple of days, they provided a custom solution that works perfectly for us. They also told me this feature will be added to their roadmap and become self-service in the future. Big thanks to Leon from the support team – very helpful and fast replies!

Ran into some teething problems setting up the app, but Leon and his team were helpful and responsive and sorted the problems very quickly. Now we will be able to continue our expansion in line with EU guidelines!

Alles perfekt. Einfache Verwaltung von GPSR-relevanten Produktdaten. Sehr schnell zu verstehen und innerhalb kürzester Zeit für alle Produkte erledigt. Der Kundenservice ist absolut top. Wir hatten auch Probleme die App im Shopify-Shop zu integrieren, aber der Kundenservice hat diese technischen Probleme für uns umgehend und kostenlos beseitigt. Vielen Dank noch mal.

The app is excellent for managing all GPSR data. It’s super easy to use, and if you have even the slightest doubt, they have world-class support that helps with everything.

Wir haben versucht das Wider zu installieren, aber es hat für uns leider nicht gepasst. Das Logo/Branding im Widget passt leider nicht zu unserer Webseite und wirkt durch Farbe und Design sehr wie ein Fremdkörper. Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Möglichkeit, dass verschiedene Wasserzeichen Designs der App auswählbar sind. Darunter vielleicht auch eine etwas zartere schwarz-weiße Version. Änderung des Logos geht leider nur im bezahlten Plan, den wir sonst nicht brauchen. Vielleicht gibt es in Zukunft ja auch die Option für einen einmaligen Betrag das Logo zu entfernen, dann würden wir sie gerne wieder benutzen. Der Kundenservice ist auf jeden Fall sehr freundlich!

Die App ist umfangreicher als erwartet und ich fand nicht alles selbsterklärend. Ich konnte aber dennoch innerhalb weniger Stunden alle meine 110 Produkte auf den aktuellen Stand bringen. Danke schön für diese nützliche App!

Das Branding kann nur für sehr teures Geld entfernt werden. Ich würde das Logo auch stehenlassen, aber es sieht leider so unglaublich unästhetisch aus und ist verzerrt. Es passt 0 % zu unserem Branding und lässt die Seite so unseriös wirken. Das können wir nicht stehen lassen. Die Änderung und Entfernung geht nur für 15€ pro Monat. App wurde direkt wieder gelöscht.

Great app! Lots of sections to add information as you wish and basic warning options are there already to choose from which is very useful. Easy to use. Very helpful support. A perfect tool for small business to comply with GPSR rules. Thank you!
