I’ve been using this app for years and it has always worked incredibly well, but ever since the latest update it has become absolutely flawless. Updating my prices is now effortless — just set it and forget it. The new interface is clean, intuitive, and extremely easy to navigate. If you ever have a question or need help, the developer Ben is always right there. His support is genuinely top tier. He responds quickly, knows the product inside and out, and goes above and beyond every single time. The live tickers and charts are also amazing and add real value to my store’s presentation and workflow. This app delivers reliable, real-time pricing at a fantastic price point. First and foremost this app is 10/10. Very easy to use, and apply to your store. Price: 40.00/month is a great price and for any store that has precious metals this app is a must. Customer Service: Response time is very quick, the designer of the app is very helpful and listens to what their customers want. Would I recommend this app: 1000% I would. Previous ratings of this app, the people using it had no clue what they were doing. Keep up the great work!!!!

Have reached out to support numerous times, emailed, called, absolutely no response. The app has not been functioning as usual since the Summer '23 issue of Shopify came out. We also are unable to use the banner function because no one will answer us and there are no instructions on how to enable it

Lots of promises very little support. Overcharged for 4 months, changed to woocommerce. Site advertises that the plugin can be installed in 4 minutes. Was told will be emailed in 2 hours asked 6 hours later, its now 26 hours later and the owner hasn't bothered to reply. TERRIBLE SUPPORT Will be posting a review on our site with full email transcripts in the coming days
