We were looking for a way to offer gifting for our subscription product, which has a fairly nuanced setup and presents a few unique challenges. After testing and reviewing multiple apps, Givy was the only one that could actually support what we needed. The Givy team was incredibly helpful from the start and jumped into troubleshooting with us, thinking outside the box, and working through the details until everything functioned the way we envisioned. It definitely wasn’t a one-size-fits-all use case, and they helped throughout the process. What’s stood out the most is how responsive and communicative they’ve continued to be. Having real people who are easy to reach and quick to help makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a more complex setup. If you need a gifting solution and your requirements aren’t totally standard, we can’t recommend Givy enough.

Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.
