テーマのカスタマイズとの相性で、一時的にオプションが2つ入るという不具合が出ていたのですが、サポートの方が迅速に対応してくださいました。カートに柔軟にオプション設定ができるアプリはほぼなく、大変重宝しております。

アップデート内容にテーマと相性の悪いものが含まれていて一時的にECサイトが閲覧できなくなる状況になりました。アップデート内容の告知がないですし、自動でアップデートされるため、かなり焦りました。ほかのアプリに切り替える予定です。

シンプルでいいと感じましたがテンプレートの相性が悪いのかバグを頻繁に起こしました。サポートの対応が悪く購入してみないとテンプレートとの相性も分かりません。決済が滞りお客様にもご迷惑をかけたのでもう使わなくていいなと感じています。

ギフト包装用にアプリを探してまして、このアプリが使いやすくて重宝しています。気になる点は、少し表示速度が遅くお客様が気付かない事例があることです。そこが改善されたらとてもいいアプリだと思いました。管理画面も分かりやすくて初心者の方でも設定しやすいようになってます。これからのアップデートに期待を込めて、ウィジェットの数を10個くらいまで用意されるととてもありがたいとも思いました。これからも使わせていただきます。いつもありがとうございます。

価格の違う３種のギフトラッピングを設定したくアプリを探していました。シンプルな機能しか求めておらず、他のアプリは月額が高く他のいらない機能がついているようなものばかりでしたので、このアプリはベストマッチでした。月々この金額で日本語対応あり。設定も簡単でサポートも丁寧です。これからもよろしくお願いいたします。
