Very nice Gift Card features for your shop. Took us a minute to discern the backend as there are limited tutorials/instructions and some features required custom support from developer. Response time for support was a few days. If you are looking for a good Gift Card Platform with very nice features you should give this app a try.

Great solution for both e-cards and physical gift cards with the ability for customers to add personalized messages. Support for the app was great.

After installing and trying out several different gift card apps, this was the clear winner. It was the only one with all of the features and customizability we need. Also, Arthur's help in getting everything set up just right was invaluable.

We use the gift card functionality as a key part of our loyalty program, Gift Card Hero gives us exactly what we need for that, and is very cost effective.

Gift Card Hero was just what I needed for my Bridal, Graduate and Baby Registries. I had been reloading gift cards in my Quick Books POS and it worked perfectly for what I needed. When I took advantage of the Shopify/Quick Books bundle I needed to be able to do the same thing. Shopify hooked me up with Gift Card Hero and the rest, as they say, is history. The team that supports this app is amazing. They went overboard when I made a request for a particular feature. My contact person for this request was Arthur T. He kept me informed as the team worked on my request. When the feature was added, he sent me great instructions as to how I was to proceed. He has followed up with me to make sure everything is working properly. It is great to know that Arthur T and his team are interested and dedicated to good customer service.

We love the app. It was easy to install and set up and wow does it preform! Best of all, the team is super responsive and friendly whenever we needed customization or help. Thankful for this app and the team behind it.

Very good app, and excellent support! App was good out of the box, but needed some tweaks for our mini cart and some styling updates. We were going to do the latter, but their support fixed all of it. Great work
