I used this app to block China, but my analytics still show daily visits from China viewing my products. My shop is small (usually under 10 visits/day), yet for the past 3–4 months it’s jumped to 50+ visits/day, with over 90% from China. The developers said this is “normal” and suggested blocking them from analytics in Shopify, but many days I see no traffic from anywhere else — only China. If China is blocked, how are product pages being viewed from China DAILY? It doesn’t add up. I wouldn’t recommend paying for this app.

The support team is highly exceptional. I wasn't able to set up my redirects for the US version of my product, and they quickly resolved it. Customer for life now. Great job guys

Just started using the app. Easy to set up, works as intended. Ganesh from support team was quick to answer my questions and helped with the setup. I would like to see inverted rule for country selection, but it is a minor detail.

Just switched over from another app that stopped working, and the experience here has been great so far. Chitra and the team were really responsive and helpful with installing a custom switcher and also worked on speeding up the app, which was initially a little slow. They were quick, thorough, and explained clearly what they had done - excellent service and app.

I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

This right here is the one! I tried a bunch of different apps, and this one was by far the best. An important thing for us was integrating both Shopify markets and external URLs. This app does it! Great customisability too and support team. Thanks!

Installed the app 3 days back to redirect automatically to a different domain depending on the customers location but wasn't sure how to do it properly. There is no live chat option so sent an email through the contact form and after 3 days, still not reply! If you are going to provide an app, provide prompt customer support as well. Time to uninstall!
