Geo Banner allows you to add location-specific messages to your store, on any page.

Geo Banner allows you to add location-specific messages to your store. You can show different messages to different countries all through one single banner. So you can show messages to USA visitors for Veteran's Day and another to Polish visitors for their Independence Day, both of which occur on November 11th. Alternatively, you can show promotional messages (e.g. Black Friday), location-specific offers and shipping messages, or anything else that you might want to limit to specific locations.
