I didn't realize how useful an app like this would be. I was already shipping my products in stamped envelopes but I was getting a lot of customer requests about tracking and delivery of their orders. I didn't have an answer for them. I'd ask them to wait a few more days for it to arrive or just resend their order. Using this app let's my customers know when their order is arriving by using a self-service tracking link that the app automatically sends. It's great.
