Bad service, Maria contact me and would access on our account with access on all settings we have, included Finance, Orders, Customers and more, very strange. After this we contact here and she told us, you can do the problem by yourself, I send you the setup link... Thanks for nothing.

It is fairly easy to setup, (if I did everything). It looks great and I'll give a more detail review when I know it is up and running properly.

Really great app to have on our site. We had some tech issues setting up but the support was super fast and really easy to deal with. Haven't used the app long enough to see if it will make a big difference with sales but interms of usability, integration and support - 5 stars!

Was easy to set up and customize. Easy way to offer free standard shipping for orders over a certain amount and for the customer to see how close they are to getting free shipping.

So far I love it! I love that it's also customizable and FREE! Let's not take Free Shipping Bear for granted! You are doing a great job!

Never been appalled at the lack of training their support team has - simple troubleshooting and they cannot figure out how to manage an app. They just ignore the problem when bigger problems arise. I would not recommend this company for anything. They need to focus on services rendered instead of charging people

English: After having a few problems on setting it up the App runs as aspected. Here's a little trouble shoot incase you don't get the Banner to show on your Shop. Make sure, if you got one, to update your Cookie tool! I am using Consent Manager and had to manually update it in order to work. After ~30 minutes my Cookies updated and now it's ready to run and shows up. Also huge thanks to the Support Team that tried to help me out with quick replys and checking if something seems to be error (sadly I was the only one to probably have this error so I had to figure it out myself) German: Tolles tool! Funktioniert wie man es sich wünscht. Es gab am Anfang ein paar kleine Startschwierigkeiten, da der Banner nicht auf der Website angezeigt wurde. Dies hat sich beheben lassen in dem ich mein Cookie Tool geupdated habe. Dadurch funktioniert nun alles wie es soll. Auch der Support war äußerst hilfreich und schnell zur Seite, auch wenn sie leider nicht wussten woran es lag hat man sich zumindest gut betreut gefühlt.
