Have been using the free plan for a while and am very happy with it. Easy to set up and can be customized somewhat to fit your theme colors. Would highly recommend this app. The only downside I can think of is that you only have 1 bar allowed on the free plan. It is so good you may want more than just one.

I just recently installed the Hextom Free Shipping Bar app, but I'm loving it so far. It provides the functionality I'm looking for (other apps couldn't differentiate between customer segments, and that was an important feature for me) and their customer service was immediately available to help me problem solve a couple things I couldn't figure out, and they were even able to edit the code to place the bar exactly how I wanted it.
