FlowStock keeps your inventory in sync with your suppliers. Every automation gets its own email address. Give it to your supplier, and each stock file they send is processed automatically: FlowStock reads SKUs and quantities from XML, CSV, or Excel feeds and updates inventory at the location you choose. You can also fetch feeds from a Dropbox link, update fields like barcode in the same sync, and check every run in history to see which SKUs changed and which were missed.

• Give each supplier a unique email address that receives and syncs stock feeds
• Import XML, CSV, and Excel feeds, or fetch stock files from a Dropbox link
• Match feed SKUs to variants and update quantities at the location you choose
• Update prices, barcodes, tags, status, and metafields in the same sync
• Get email reports for every sync and review per-SKU results in run history
