I could say that the app is pretty ok for the price but i am sure that you will run into some issues as we did soo it really needs some updates ! Keep in mind that the BIG downscale is the CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! I can show pictures of everything , they take like 2-4 weeks to even answer us on a issue ... even do we message them on 'live chat' and email multiple times a week , we are still getting no responses ! I advise everyone to take into consideration ower experience ... the sad part is that we already edited upwords of 2000+ individual items for their overlay and categories soo we cant even change them without spending a crazy time to redo everything with another app !

This app is just fantastic. I initially thought it was just a simple Search and Filter tool until I started using it. Let me go through some of the impressive points. 1. The App is very well documented and is very Feature Rich 2. There website is also very well documented with many examples and video's 3. The Search functionality alone is better than some Apps I've tried. 4 The Filter functionality is #1 in my opinion. That's after testing out at least 5 other apps. 5. The Collection grid is very feature rich. It's offers way more functionality than other apps that allow for custom Product and Collection settings. 7. Lastly but not least is the Support. They are quick to respond and not once where they did not solve my questions. The app offers so much that I was able to meet my needs without having to buy another app. This review may sound a bit over the top, BUT let tell you this app resolved SO MANY of my clients needs all in one app. I would HIGHLY recommend if your looking for a first class Search, Filter and Collection page. ✭✭✭✭✭✭ definitely!

HELP! Andrew -- the app seems to be down as I cannot access it from my Shopify store. VERY critical as we are in Black Friday sales weekend and the collections aren't updating! THIS is the error we are getting: { "message":"An invalid response was received from the upstream server" } Get this app, you won't be sorry! FlashSearch is a hidden jem on Shopify. Did a lot of research and trial and error testing other apps and we've been using Flash Search for a quite a while now with terrific results. Customers love the additional functionality and filters, and it's incredibly easy to use and customize. And the cost is very partner friendly too. In addition to a great search platform for both mobile and online, the support from the Flash team has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Andrew and team are always available and have even worked with us to implement a number of custom tweaks for our store and brand. Never a complaint, very patient, solution oriented, and top notch work. I've learned the hard way that Customer Support is absolutely critical on Shopify -- with so many app developers falling short here -- and the Flash team is among the very best on Shopify, hands down. Could not recommend them more highly and I don't give 5 stars easily.

This APP is what I was looking for. It perfectly elaborates the Search feature of my online shop. And support replies instantly, and super helpful. I recommend it so far.

App is very intuitive. It has a nice, user friendly backend with a lot of options available and it integrates nicely with other apps. The search function is fast and I really like the synonym grouping feature, we have hundreds of searches a day and this allows us to group user searches to specific product groups, which helps customers find what they're looking for faster. We've been working with the developers to heavily customise the look of our filtering and search system and they have been extremely responsive to suggestions and overall very helpful.
