Excellent app, easy to use and never had any problems with it. Provides functionality which is sadly missing from Shopify. If you need to download your files, this is the app I would recommend.

It's very helpful for taking over operations, and you can visualize what files are stored in shopify content after downloading the files.

Great app for downloading files from your Shopify store, although it would be better if there was an option to download other content like product descriptions and blog posts.
