Emailing customer service didn't seem to work for us, but once we got them on the phone it was fixed in seconds. We recently upgraded to the 2nd tier as we needed lift gate charges, etc. for residential deliveries. Works like a charm......

This app is extremely good and resolves many FedEx ground and LTL issues found on other apps. The support team is very responsive and helped with several problems specific to my needs with solutions in a timely manner. Paul and Mohammed are excellent.
