The app is user friendly, pertinent info and features (tracking #, minimum order spend, and messaging with shop owners) is displayed intuitively and works wonderfully Shopify integration. Shopify integration is a fantastic new edition that makes shopping through Faire an easy and worthwhile experience. My only critique would be to remove sellers that are not true wholesalers. For example, many sellers are buying wholesale items from wholesalers like (Kheops International, New Age Imports, etc) and marking up the price. They are still posing as wholesalers but they do make or have first hand access the items they are selling. This decreases the number of original and affordable products that small shop owners like myself have access to through Faire. This also decreases the quality of the pool of sellers that Faire is hosting. I avoid these sellers as they are a waste of money … and yes, it is extremely easy for someone with experience in my retail niche to spot these types of fraudulent wholesalers.

Net 60 terms allow me to stock up on inventory without the pressure of immediate payment, which has been a lifesaver, especially during slower sales periods. Great Customer Support: Whenever I’ve had questions or issues, Faire’s customer support has been prompt and helpful. It feels like they genuinely care about the success of their retailers. Returns & Free Shipping: Faire’s return policy and the occasional free shipping offers make it easy to try new brands without the fear of being stuck with inventory that doesn’t sell. Cons: Minimum Order Requirements: While most brands have reasonable minimum orders, occasionally I’ve encountered some that are a bit high, which can be tricky for small shops with limited budgets. Shipping Times: Depending on the vendor's location, shipping times can vary, so it’s something to consider if you need stock quickly. Overall, Faire has simplified my buying process, connected me with fantastic brands, and made it possible to offer my customers unique products they won’t find elsewhere. I highly recommend it to any small retailer looking to expand their offerings!
