It is mostly good, but it puts characters in the picture name. For instance, once you migrate the product from Faire to Shopify, in the area when you can adjust your pictures, it may show a bunch of numbers and letters and it doesn't put the product name in there at all, which is horrible for SEO purposes. Also, for the people selling the items, don't use characters like @ or & because it also goes on the Shopify site when integrating it, and SEO doesn't like those types of characters, so we have to manually take them out.

Working really great, the only two small nitpicks I have is 1. Editing the items is a bit clunky, it's easier to import new items and edit category, tags, and collection in Shopify's system 2. receiving inventory is separate from any PO created, if you do it the same as you do for orders not placed though Faire it can leads to accidently receiving the item twice.

The integration is nice and easy. Good return policy. Helped with an order issue. Very easy to pull new products and very fast shipping on inventory.

Integrates well with Shopify. Additional features like showing current inventory when making purchases on Faire is very helpful. Great app and great customer service.

I think it does a really good job of bringing in all the information freeing up your time to focus on other tasks.

So much easier than manually inputting inventory. Most things I need can be found on this platform.

Using the POS integration has made my life so much easier! Each product still requires edits on our end, but the image, product description and cost transfer alone make this well worth it.

overall great shopping experience and love the automatic terms and easy access to the suppliers via messaging. There are a couple of suppliers who will cancel your orders and then not give you an explanation as to why. This can be become frustrating if you have re-merchandise your store, expecting to get those products and only to find that the order was canceled with no warning. I feel like the site should be set up to where if they’re not going to allow you to order you should not be able to access their shop and load up your cart which is time-consuming and a waste of time if you can’t order the product.

Amazing app that syncs product details for products that already exist in your catalogue, and creates new products in a few clicks. This is the beginning of something really great - sourcing and purchasing fully in your control and at your fingertips, and with 60 day terms. Brilliant. Can't wait until they go deeper with inventory integration and revenue splitting to pay vendors as you collect revenue from them. Keep building Faire!

I absolutely LOVE the Shopify integration! It makes life so much easier- all the product information and pictures are automatically sent to Shopify so you don't have to waste hours on end creating a product and uploading pictures from scratch. A godsend!

Good app. Sometimes the price is better on Faire and sometimes you must go to the merchant’s site for certain orders or more variety.

I haven't made a lot of orders, but every order I have made has been easy and very convenient. I will continue to use Faire for my wholesale needs.
