This app is top notch. Its intuitive, provides all the necessary and relevant information, and is easy to mange. I have used previous apps before that try to offer similar solutions but I am left still with uncertainty due to poor reporting and design. Fabrikator meets and exceeds all my expectations. Fabrikator is one of the most robust Shopify apps we've used. They really understand the challenges of a mid to large size e-comm brand and helped us get a handle of re-ordering process

The app is very clearly laid out and the look and feel is perfect. The functions are useful and clearly laid out, and planning quantities is easy. The team helps you with onboarding and support responds very quickly. All points of contact with the support team were very pleasant. Only the pricing - as SAAS companies like to do - is a horror. Of course, it's based on turnover again, and it gets damn expensive at the top. I think paying about $6,000 a year is clearly way too much. We'll see to what extent Fabrikatör helps us and whether we want to use it in the long term because of the high costs or whether we'd rather look for a cheaper but less attractive alternative.

It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death. Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need. On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes. On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it. I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant!

A great app integral to managing all of our inventory and providing critical feedback on stock performance. The team are incredibly helpful if you ever are unsure of how to do something or run into any issues. Brilliant app!
