Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή, από ότι χρειάζομαι κάνει πολύ παραπάνω και με πολύ ευκολία, αλλά ακόμα καλύτερη είναι η εξυπηρέτηση της! Όσες φορές χρειάστηκα βοήθεια ήταν εκεί άμεσα!

Μια υπέροχη εταιρία μα εκπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση. Σήμερα 1η Μαΐου επίσημη αργία και εν μέσω καραντίνας προσπάθησα να δημιουργήσω το XML αρχείο για το Skroutz, το αρχείο δεν περιελάμβανε τη κατηγορία του προϊόντος. Έστειλα ένα mail στην εταιρία με το πρόβλημα μου. Περίμενα απάντηση από Δευτέρα 4 Μαΐου με δεδομένο ότι μετά την αργία έχουμε Σ/Β. Η απάντηση ήρθε αμέσως, το λάθος δικό μου γιατί ήταν κενό το πεδίο Product type και όχι της εφαρμογής που λειτουργεί τέλεια. Πραγματικά τέτοιες εταιρίες κοσμούν αξίζουν την υποστήριξή μας.Ευχαριστώ
