Their customer service is amazing! Very helpful, quick to respond, and open to implementing ideas about the app that we suggest or request with speed. The app itself is a good addition but does take a bit of trial and error to properly implement. Once we played around with it for a few weeks it became easier to navigate. Great addition to our company.
