The app is great and handle our preorder seamlessly. But what sets Essential Apps apart is the amazing customer service. Answers are super quick, and they go above and beyond help debug any issue (even user errors).

Essentials is essential to my business. As a small store with limited space, I can’t carry a large inventory, so their service is crucial. Essentials supports my pre-orders and helps me better understand what my customers want.

Amazing App for preorders, you can customise the button to match your branding. It also adds a tag to the order, which makes it really easy to fulfil the orders, etc I really like the app and recommend.

We made the switch to this app because we wanted control over the overselling quantity per variant and this app works perfectly! This was our very first collection with it but we'll definetly keep it for the long term!

So far so good! I have a handful of listing in my shop that are specifically for pre-order. What I like is you can customize the "buy button" with specific information according to your needs. It also automatically adds custom tags on the backend of the shopify order to keep everything organized.

Edit: After an initial rough start, the Essential team went the extra mile to work with me and look into all options. While they haven't been able to solve my problems 100%, my frustration has been turned into respect and gratitude for their customer service efforts. Because of that, I'm bumping this from 3 stars to 5. :) The Pre-order app works amazingly well for US customers. I contacted customer support about consistent issues with our international customers being unable to purchase items that were listed as preorder. After 3 days of back and forth emails, the final answer I received that was it wasn't working because they were ordering from the international market, and they need to order from the US market. I tried to explain that they were ordering from the international market because there were *international*, and it was at that point, after 3 days of troubleshooting, I was told that the preorder app doesn't support international markets. So now we are forced to come up with alternate ways to sell to anyone outside of the US, which is very much less than ideal.

This Preorder app works incredibly well. It is reliable and allows some very useful customization. I found it extremely easy to setup and it is nice that it automatically activates when a product inventory quantity drops to "0". I had some user-support issues and the team was VERY responsive. Matas is my super-hero! Immediately helped me and was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend the app and the Essential team's ecosystem (I use several of their products)

This app works great. Has helped us manage our demand and inventory better while still allowing our customers to purchase with clear expectations. Easy to use, customer service is quick and helpful with a focus on solutions. Thank you to Jemuel and Samuel for the help.
