I had an issue (ended up being impatience on my end with Shopify updating!!) - sent a message and literally had a reply in 2 minutes - maybe 2.03 minutes .... amazing to get such lightning fast replies, especially when I'm in the middle of a launch! Very simple and easy and until now it was function good. I changed for a short time to a cart drawer app from vitals but this was not function good. This one is until now the best. And Sebastian was fast answering all my questions via email. Very good service

Love how easy to use Essential is, and how good it looks displayed on the storefront. Top tier app that actual bring over conversion to sales. Not to mention how great the customer service is, quick and helpful.

Overall, effortless set-up, but a few things that could be improved - currency adaptation, discount for upsell products is not visible.
