I was struggling to place the essential countdown timer bar under my header and then deleting the count down for the days, but Samuel helped me out in no time! Thanks so much!! :)

I had a question regarding the countdowns, so I contacted support On their app, it said they might take a few hours to get back to me — but that wasn’t true! Within minutes, Samuel reached out and answered my question: “Does the countdown show in my time zone or the customer’s time zone?” He patiently explained (several times, with great detail) that everyone around the world sees the same remaining time — meaning the timer doesn’t adjust based on the customer’s location. Because of that, I now understand that when I set it to end on “Date X, 12 AM,” it’s my 12 AM, not theirs! Thank you, Samuel, for your clear explanation and amazing support!
