The product quality, packaging, and shipping times are quite impressive, and the integration with Shopify and TikTok Shop works smoothly. The only area that could use improvement is the sourcing request response time — it would be great if they could reply a bit faster to help sellers keep momentum. Other than that, everything is good all around!

I started working with Eprolo and from day one I was assigned a private agent, Kiki Wu. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Kiki has been available 6 days a week, always quick to respond and helping me daily with any issue regarding orders or questions I had.
