Branding option is very helpful especially if your niche is in fashion. Rare to see a dropshipping app or supplier offer a branding option. Their branding option provides custom tags and packaging with your logo on it at a small cost per item and discount if you have more than one items in an order. But do keep in mind you have to pay a small fee to get the branding option set up. Apart from branding, customer service is reasonable in response times and shipping time to Australia is also decent at around 1-2 weeks on average. This includes an AusPost tracking number. I think if you can't afford to go the Alibaba route and buy your products in bulk with branding, this is the next best option.
