The product is really very good for the D2C and startups. By just installing this app we can freely collect reviews from our end customers. The process is seamless. Audio recordings feedback are also possible through Epic App. The founder Mr Nilanshu is very supportive and available round the clock for any support .The more important is thing is that it is free of cost for lifetime.
