Horrible app and useless service provider. Been almost 4 months since I created an account with this company. Haven't been able to ship even one order using this app. It has not worked from day one and their customer service is absolutely useless so are the account managers who are assigned. I had requested a refund and account cancellation almost 30 days back. It hasn't been processed yet. Bunch of cheats running this company. Anyone considering using this service be prepared to lose your money.

Cheater Customer support Once you make a recharge they will block you. Uninstall this app if you want to save your time and money. None of their phone number working, website contact page +91-8376888888 number doesnt work they will never reply to your email or will hang up your call and block one of the mannerless customer support agent did this number is 7001775721 all seems fraud and illiterate

USELESS, FRAUD, PATHETIC CHEATERS!!!! If you are seeing any 5 star review those are being written by their own people. Install at your own risk once you recharge they are gone like ghost and are cheaters. No phone number will be seen working after it they will keep the products with themselves some of their support will hang up your call. I request shopify to remove such company apps or atleast make a background checks they are making shopify experience bad

No support for sellers. I have continuously tried to reach them for 1 month but no response with solution and when I asked for refund they are not refunding the money I have deposited in wallet. Never use them. (I do not write reviews but I am really exhausted trying to reach them)

App Not working from last 1 month and even after complaints also , no solution is provided by the ecom developer , please resolve the app for working again asap.

In terms of the technology used and the customer service provided by ecom team is up to the mark, need little improvement on the ground service and timeline of the delivery.
