Honestly, the support team is fantastic! Joyce helped me get set up with Lightspeed Retail, and after linking everything, the app works great. Syncing orders and inventory is super quick, but it does take a little longer for names and prices. One issue for me is that it doesn't map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so I get a lot of duplicates in my system. Without order syncing, I miss out on some key sales reports I rely on. Every though I'd still recommend this app, just be aware if you're using Lightspeed. I'll probably need to look for another solution for now, but if they can fix the customer profile syncing, I'll be back!
