I have been using their ETSY app for a while which has been a game changer. I decided to give the eBay version a go, and as might be expected a few initial questions. One thing that shines out with this company is their support, othres have mentioned this but it is superb.

Hem , did a very good job assisting me today. He was very knowledgable and very patient to our every need.
