I purchased the eBay Shopify app which was said to track inventory between eBay sales and my Shopify site. It worked at first, then stopped tracking inventory after about a month. They fixed it after a few days but again stopped tracking inventory again after about a month. This continued until a month ago at which point support stopped responding to my emails pertaining to the inventory tracking feature not working. I understand that sometimes apps will not work due to eBay changes etc., but not every month and there is no excuse to not respond to customers email requests to fix the app. I wish I had read the reviews of CedCommerce before purchasing as they are almost all bad, avoid this app and nonresponsive company!

I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me. Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before. The support is amazing! There was a few things I had to change in my workflow and Vishal from support spend a good amount of time showing me how it all works and how to get the best out of the app. Now I am ready to use this app to its full potential!

Whew, integrating CED for my eBay and Pinterest accounts has been a breeze. The live customer service is always available and helpful.

Every time I open the app I have an issue. Great support team but I've barely had an experience where I wasn't having to contact support to help. Currently looking to move away from this as the most recent issues have stopped me allowing to upload anything without needing the support team to do it themselves.

Once again this app has failed. Orders are made on ebay on stock that is no longer available on the store. Their customer service does nothing to fix it. They claim to email you with a solution because their help desk are not able to fix it and never get back to you. Nothing but problems with this app over the last two years, there is an alternative app - I implore you to use that one and save yourself significant headaches

Had to get my app updated today for Ebay with CED!! What a GREAT experience!! The customer service is as always INCREDIBLE! I need a lot of hand holding and they excel in that regard!! The tech was attentive and friendly the whole way through. I have 5 stores with CED doing eBay, Walmart, and Etsy! If your serious about having a e commerce partner that's with you each step of the way through your Shopify store, you have found that partner!! 10 Stars on a 5 Star scale!!

I don't have much to say at this point as I've literally just finished uploading my products from Shopify to ebay. The app is good although you do need to concentrate when setting everything up, customer service is very good and they will help you if you get stuck and need help. Finger crossed it will work and I'll check back in a couple of weeks to give a complete review.

Great App , it has made our life a lot easier and boosted EBAY sales. Used customer support multiple times and they are always ready to promptly solve any issues. Highly recommend.
