EasyScan is now used in Fluff Hardware's everyday SOPs. It's easy to use and straight forward. It has much more customization for printing barcode labels than Shopify itself. It has saved myself and my team so much time and as a small business there's never enough time. The reports are easy to read and super detailed! The Easy Scan app has made it so our SKU labels print out perfectly inside our specific size sticker window that is compatible with Amazon and other channels, with the barcode, UPC, and all the text we need (Product Title, SKU), with the layout we wanted, and with the font sizes exactly as we wanted as well. We've printed tens of thousands of labels for months and it's been flawless. It integrates with Shopify seamlessly, and above all else, the service from Charlie and others on the team have been quick, responsive, and tailored the solutions to exactly what we needed. They offer other solutions too besides just scanning, they do customized packing slips and much more.. I highly, highly recommend them!

What a great app! Originally downloaded to replace Shopify's terrible retail barcodes app. Easy Scan provides so much more control over your barcodes: 1. Most importantly it generates barcodes using the 14 digit unique variant ID, rather than the arbitrary ending 8 digits from Shopify's app, which caused issues with duplicate barcodes across variants. 2. It allows you to add metafields such as Product Short Name and anything else you want/need to add to the barcode label Then we started using it to help our staff with picking and packing to ensure all of the products in an order were picked and packed correctly. This combined with the barcodes has led to a near zero rate of incorrect orders being shipped to customers. The customer service is amazing! I've had a chance to meet with the founder 1:1 to discuss some of my use cases and within 2 weeks he and his team were able to make updates to their application to meet these needs. Now, when a pack is completed, it automatically prompts the user to print an address label. This address label can have a barcode generated by either the order number or the order id (much more accurate). So that when the person buying the shipping label searches for the order, they can scan the barcode and immediately arrive at the correct order (removing the potential for human error in typing the order number). I can't say enough about this app. There's so many functions available that we aren't even using yet but hope to use soon (such as doing inventory using barcode count). I only wish that multi-user support was available across all tiers rather than just the highest tier, but that is not enough to knock any stars off.

This app is super easy and user friendly. The best part is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed help and Charlie set up a Zoom meeting and in 10 minutes had my question / issue resolved. A real pro!!! I knew it was user error on my part but just could pin point it. Charlie over Zoom saw exactly what it was and helped me correct it. Above and beyond! I highly recommend this app. We use it for our clothing and accessories to barcode items that we sell and easily scan the items at POS for inventory control and sales. This is the easiest hence the name EasyScan! Customer service is amazing!!!!!! Get the app and never look back!
