Give each customer group its own discount: a percentage off, an amount off or a set wholesale amount, with quantity breaks. Customers apply for an account with a form on your store, and you approve them in the app. Set order minimums and case sizes, make products wholesale only, hide prices from everyone else and show a payment method such as an invoice only to wholesale buyers.
