This shipping app has changed everything! I'm thrilled with the customizations of calculations for shipping rates by zone. We are no longer losing money on shipping and finally able to offer accurate shipping costs for the customer. It took some time to set up but it has been worth it. We use this app for two of our online shops now. Support is wonderful and prompt. I highly recommend the DS Shipping Rates Zip Distance app to streamline shipping calculations.

Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended. Highly recommended!
