My experience with Atlas has been awesome, I just recently shutdown one store and activated another and the team was kind enough to issue a full refund, since the account was charged recently. This way I could activate on the new Account.. The service they provide, honestly is so valuable, I recommend them 100%

I'm a new Shopify store owner and this app made things much easier. The AI builder helped me write product descriptions, organize my store, and understand the next steps. it's beginning-friendly and works well with my dropshopping products. Helping support and simple interface.

(Update) I had an issue with Atlas (listed below) but I must say the team has been great about trying to make things right. Both the owner of the business and the head of customer support reached out to figure out how to make things better. At the end of the day, the issue I had was frustrating but when working, Atlas creates a ton of leverage to move faster in testing store builds. I have a lot of respect for the team reaching out to make things better. I will come back with a new update in the next month to let you know how things go from here. (Original Review) Stay away! Randomly, my site has been down, I couldnt make fixes to my store because I was getting a "we are having trouble verifying your license" message from Atlas theme. I emailed Atlas support. No answer. I sent two messages through the support app. No response. But they kept right on charging me. Avoid at all costs - think of how much missed revenue and wasted Ad spend you could run into while Atlas doesnt think its worth getting back to its customer.

Wish i could give less than 1 star i cancelled free trial and uninstalled cause i didnt need it and they have been still charging me. They also lie and false advertise about how they set up and build the store.

its really good but i might end up finding another one cause i gotta pay so much like can yall lower it atleast to like 10-20 something cause this a bit much then i might not have a problem but most people that just now starting and stuff and need a site now a good one may not have a lot of money to keep up with this we still have to grind and work hard and reach our goals first man to where okay we making lots of money we really got money now but we aint their we just started give us some time ill say give us a 3 month free trial atleast dont have to change the price

The theme's configuration is intuitive and incases of questions the level of support agents is incredible. 5 S!

Great app, very helpful and fast AI assistant and if you can't sort you problem out with AI, then a real human starts helping instantly. Also a great store builder itself, a lot of features for fair price.

I'm not bot i promise. I started by using AI Store Builder that i saw on youtube and it worked terribly and all the comments were negative in the shopify store. I then found atlas, which revolutionized my store and saved soooo much time and money. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT MORE THEY ADD THIS APP!

Edit - 24.11.2025 Be careful how you use the theme and AI Store builder. Just lost over $1000 of edits and 3 weeks of work due to false 'expert' advice. The Live theme and Store builder theme are not always the same... if one is linked and you delete it, you LOSE everything and have start from scratch again.

Ganz ehrlich – ich kann die App empfehlen. Man kann damit in kurzer Zeit einen hochwertigen Shop erstellen, der direkt einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck macht. Besonderer Pluspunkt: Der Support reagiert schnell und hilft, wo er kann. Der einzige Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne vergebe, ist, dass es noch ein paar kleine Baustellen gibt. Grundfunktionen wie eine bewegliche Announcement Bar oder automatisches Videoabspielen fehlen derzeit, aber ich bin sicher, dass diese mit zukünftigen Updates ergänzt werden. Kurz gesagt: Eine klare Empfehlung!
