im giving 1 star because of their pickup issue my majority of orders didnt get picked up and its been 5 to 8 days i have contacted them they said it will be done but till now it didnt get picked up my ads spend full loss because my orders overall including pickup delay will take at least 12 days to reach the customer but why will the customer will accept my order he may forget that he had ordered or he may say i dont want because he has order at some date but the order reahed after 12 days worst experience in the supplier i would say roposo clout is better than dropdash

Beware of this scam!! they are leaking data and sending duplicate orders to same customer. Your order will get RTO and their order will be delivered. Plus there is no support from key account manager. In my case Akanksha and Kavisha, both arrogant girls do n ot want to resolve any issue only looking for excuses and blaming dropshipper for all the nuisance on their platform. Be very careful when choosing them, late delivery, fraud Updates, Wrong RTO, Delivery exec not visiting customer. You will keep spending in ads and they will enjoy your hard earned money

They do not deliver the order in 7 days and the recived orders will never be delivered, also the orders list will vanish after 7 days, it's a scam.

Absolute scam!, i gave them 2 orders of a hairdryer, firstly the supplier scammed us by sending broken products, secondly they scammed us for the delivery, i called my customer asking that did she recieve the product, she said that yes she did but for the next 4 days they didnt update it that if was delivered, now when finally they displayed that the product has been delivered, boom, now i am not able to log into my account whereas on any other account i am able to login! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Sab se bekaar app ye sbhi FRAUDSTERS hai aur paise loot te hai.products customers ko galat deliver krte hai aur logo ne bohot complaint kri but enki trafa se koi action nhi aya worst app ever for dropshipping instead i recommend you to use roposo. Worst app Agar apko paise waste krne hai to app use kar skte hai. Hmari sales hui thi 40000 ke paas aur inhone sirf 2955 diye aur upar se forcefully 5 star rating bhi karvai . Big red flag for Indian dropshipping. Be aware from these kind of fraudsters aapko pehle sapne dikhayenge ki apka dropshipping business badhiya krdenge aap ko sab services available krvaenge but kuch nhi dete ulta paise khate hai. Customers support bhi bekar hai bkl ki.

I had a terrible experience with this dropshipping company. Out of 30 orders, only 4 were delivered. Customer service told me this is normal for them. Most of their positive reviews are fake. After spending on Google Ads, I incurred heavy losses due to their high RTO rate. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs. Hope i can give you 0 stars.
