UPDATE 7/3/2024 I have been without service for 4 days and have had zero support from the app developer, customer support and even Shopify has not been able to communicate with them. ---------------------------------------------------- I currently use this app. Presentation isn't a wow. very basic, but functions perfectly. My customer emails are sent in under a minute. No complaints. I've used chat and received help quickly. I would def recommend it.

Lässt sich leicht implementieren, es gibt Sicherheitsfeatures für die Dateien und - was mich restlos überzeugt hat - ein Support, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Man spricht miteinander auf Augenhöhe und wird als wertgeschätzter Kunde bis zum Ziel begleitet. Ich bin hochzufrieden!

I use this app for several weeks and I think it is very useful and convenient. Files are uploaded and downloaded quickly. When I had an issue, the support quickly responded, made adjustments and the problem was solved.

Works very well, easy to install and customer support is excellent. No code needed in the liquid, easy to set your emails so they fit the format of the store and got it working in 10 mins. Cant fault it.

I tried a lot of downloading apps, most are great, but with poor customer support (most not replying). This one has great fast support that at the same time are open to new features and implementations in their app, for your special needs.

I had some technical problems and contacted support via chat. The response time was super quick and even the problem was resolved in hours rather than days. In general, it's a great app for delivering digital files to customers. The enormous amount of data storage is great too -> especially with the higher plans! Try it yourself -> there ist a free plan available.

Great support. It's a user friendly app. Also, it's great that you can upload up to 20GB digital files with 19.99$

Customer service responded to my issue. a little notification on the outage would have been nice but app has been excellent.
