Unfortunate to have to review this now after being a customer for awhile but they've impacted our business again and support is dropping the ball. Support is often slow when we actually need them, and any theme-updates BREAKS their app. There is a "3-Day" required rule for them to help get their app up in this situation and we lost significant revenue because of it. Also note, this "estimate" does NOT include weekends...so could be 5-Days (we're on Day 2 of needing help and told to wait till Monday...that's a best-case "4 days" for resolution...but by their rules could be Tuesday, or 5-days...). They want your "developers" to do it or pay them extra when the app glitches (and does often especially during peak shopping like BF). This latest incident has us shopping for alternatives with a simple installer and better support.

Easily the most fully featured discount engine there is. I haven't been able to find anything that can even match its functionality. Drawbacks are that it can't be used along with certain built-in Shopify discount types and certain apps, but the app itself technically invalidates the need for those. Support is really solid, too.

Great app in almost every way except 1. It does not support fixed-price bundles. eg: 1 Suit Jacket + 1 Suit Pant for $499. Jacket is any from a collection. Pant is any from a collection. I would give this app 5 stars if this could be achieved.

Discount Ninja has been above and beyond for supporting our promotional needs across multiple stores and regions. The promo tools are intuitive and incredibly useful with so many options to choose from it covers all of our bases and has introduced new optionality for us. We couldn't be pleased enough with the customer support we receive as well. The crew over there is always enhancing the platform and looking to make it better. They're also very responsive and reactive. We couldn't be happier with our decision to support our promo functionality. Big ups to the DN crew!

Just started using the app and am impressed. The support is top notch which is priceless. We have so many more promotion options with which to engage our customers. I love the automation and ease once the promotion is set up. Look forward to learning and applying more!

Overall, this is nice app with a lot of functionality. There's a little more to the initial setup than I thought, and a small learning curve once you get in there, but not too bad. Support has been good about getting back to me pretty quickly. I wish they had a bundled item feature, but they say it's coming. Also, the free shipping for spending $X option didn't work properly when I excluded certain hazmat products from applying. Their support team was going to look into that, and I have yet to hear anything. That was probably 2 weeks ago now.

We've been working with Discount Ninja for a few months now and have found the promo engine very intuitive, a lot of the features are super straight forward to configure and easy to manage too. Would highly recommend

Great app normally. Very good at dealing with more complex discount setups. We have had to contact support a number of times, often for just small issues and they have normally been fixed quickly

We really wanted to use to use this app. It is unfortunately very difficult to use with very limited support. This impacts most of your core shopify files so if you decide to do this you really can't just go back.
