This product met most of our needs out of the box. Unfortunately, we started using it right at our busiest time of the year. Which means we didn't really have time to test it thoroughly. However, when we encountered our first problem, I reached out to support. Not only did they respond quickly, they also found and implemented a solution right away. They even went back and fixed a few things from past orders. It was amazing. Then.. we discovered we really needed a feature that would allow us to export the orders and all the keys associated with each order. I asked for help finding a way to do it. Turns out, the featured didn't exist at all. But instead of just having to deal with it, they wrote the feature into the product. It has saved us HOURS of time in fulfillment and has streamlined our processes. Having software that does what it is supposed to do is great. But having a team BEHIND it that is responsive, flexible, fast, and invested in our success is what makes the difference! Lots of software apps out there. But there are not a lot of teams like this one who really stand by their product and support their customers. TL;dr -- Good product, OUTSTANDING SUPPORT.

Excellent support, I am really happy with the app and the developer(s). We had some extra needs (printing a qr-code generated from the license-file on a pdf that is being delivered with the order). Great and professional looking template options. Unfortunately managing license codes is very buggy and it's not possible to see how many codes are left or which codes have already been used.

Digitally is a fantastic product. I tried many different apps to try and configure my use case for sending digital gift subscriptions but none of them came close to Digitally. The team is so helpful and always willing to jump on a call to help walk through set up or troubleshoot. When there was a couple of features that I expressed interest in seeing, the team built it for me in a day. They listen to customer feedback and are so helpful. Their newest feature, customized email templates, really help carry through my brand to the gift recipients and is an awesome addition. If you're on the fence between a few products, I'd highly recommend going with Digitally.

Excellent Support and Willingness to Improve I've been using the Digitally app to deliver digital files for my online courses, and while there were a few bumps getting things working exactly as needed, the customer support has been excellent throughout. Bangash was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to improving the experience for both me and my customers. They took the time to fix multiple issues (including the pesky "Default Title" and name field display) and were open to feedback about new features. When I asked about a "Download All" option to make things easier for my course participants, they not only said yes—but also committed to adding the feature within a couple of days. That kind of responsiveness really stands out. Digitally has been an incredible tool for us to deliver one time usage codes to our customers to redeem for movie tickets. Our use case was not standard for the product but they were able to plug in perfectly and actually provided some custom development work to include a QR along with our access codes to allow for redemption at the theater. Overall, it's a phenomenal app with an incredible team behind it.
