User feedback is promptly considered by the dev and updates have been consistently released. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid team behind a product that is meant for assisting you with digital product sales and delivery.

I am new but so far it has been easy to follow the instructions. As I learn more and more I am looking forward to creating digital products for my community of creatives.

I had issues with one of my digital products custom links not being able to be deleted to only show the new updated link. The rep, Bangash, helped me fix the issue. I found another issue after I finished my chat when him and he assisted me again right away to fix that issue. Great customer service. The app needs some improvement, but it does what is needed for my small amount of digital products.

Only errors. eMail for the download link comes only after minutes, the sender address is not the one from the store, the link in the eMail to download the pdf file leads to an error page - junk

I’ve been using Digitally for 2 months, and it’s been working great super easy to set up and manage digital products, and customers get their downloads instantly really happy with it wishing the team all the best for future updates

Honestly, I was doubtful in the beginning as I had large file sizes that no other app can contain, but I am impressed! Also, when I spoke with an advisor they were punctual and responsive. Just what I expect from a business partner! Thank you Digitally, although I hope I can get customization to add my e-mail ID and logo to the e-mails sent to customers, but for a free plan, I am definitely satisfied!

Great product, and does what it needs, but could use some improvements. wish there was a way to upload different files for different variants of a product. It was mentioned in a previous review, but it was never worked on. I would REALLY love a page where a user can log in to their Shopify account and access all purchased download links in one page, I've seen this in other apps. Other than that, the app works well.

I don't see an option to add files to my variants. Every time I go to add files to a product it wants add files to the whole product. It won't even recognize my variants.

It's a really simple and effective app. Recently they added a feature to edit listings (which I mentioned previously that it would be a nice feature) and it's so convenient! I could see if someone needed more space to upload, but I don't need that much for my products. It's a great addition for my shop!
