This app is helping our online shop and brick and mortar store much more streamlined! The support you get from this app with Daniel is great!! He is almost always available. There are a few things pending with the app that would make it 100% ready for my operation but I am hopeful that due to their great customer service-they'll make it happen! Thank you Flare team!

Great assistance and communication, problem solved in record time

Flare is an awesome app with so much value right out of the box. What really blew me away though was the support from the Flare team. I had a chance to chat with the team and mentioned a feature I wished the app had. They looked into it, and built it for me within two weeks! I’ve never had service like that before. It's been great for us so far and we're thrilled with the personal service by Daniel.

We are just setting up Flare to use for our bakery. I set up a call with Flare's support as I had a few questions about implementing it into our site. Daniel was super helpful, went above and beyond to assist me in integrating the app into our products, he took the time to walk me through a few different options of what might work best for our shop. He even helped me look through a setting settings outside of the app that I was unsure about. 10/10 would recommend this app for their support alone. We are excited to begin using Flare on our site and have no doubt it will help our business succeed!

I love this app, we have been using and tested other delivery date pickers for past 18 months, but this is way ahead. The support from Daniel and Alex is brilliant, they help us with new features that we want to do which helps us grow and give a better customer experience. Nothing is an issue and they come back asap night and day. I would highly recommend this app and the guys.

Flare is exactly the app we were looking for. The nice thing about Flare is that we don't have to make a custom integration with our 3PL, and it is easy to set up. I spent a very long time looking for a solution in Shopify because we had this for our Wordpress website as well. Solution found with Flare so. I asked if the style could be adjusted a bit, and then I was helped the same day. They are very quick, and friendly.
