This is one of the only app that I am able to find in the App store that is capable of allowing me to offer discount by customer's shipping address, more specifically filtered by State. My use case was to offer discounts only to California orders, and nothing in the market allows this. There were apps that use geolocation, but that is not practical for what I needed for. The developer is excellent in providing the customer support and helping me setup the discount to my liking and it works as I intended. Will recommend and also use his other app in the app store for additional discounting features.
