Cela fait un bout de temps que j'utilise l'app. Elle n'est pas mauvaise en soit, simple et efficace comme on aime et gratuite. Mais non fonctionnelle sans prévenir depuis quelques temps. Aller dans l'onglet "commande" pour générer ses étiquettes fonctionne aléatoirement. Support inexistant, jamais eu de réponse. Si vous voulez utiliser delivengo pour votre boutique, vous devrez passer par une autre app telle que sendcloud

Beugs récurrents, impossible de connaitre les produits sur la liste. De pouvoir récupérer les numéros de colis associés aux commandes directement sur le plugin. Mauvaise synchronisation des commandes. Génération des bordereaux fastidieuse. Plugin non fonctionnel pour des entreprises avec une dizaine de commandes par jours en moyenne.

L'application fonctionne avec Delivengo Easy également. Il faut d'abord ajouter votre numéro API pour que cela fonctionne. LE support de Delivengo Easy a été réactif et efficace.

L'idée est bonne mais après avoir configuré son accès je ne vois pas du tout comment ça se passe ensuite et l'aide est minimaliste. En clair on ne peut rien en faire.
