Works as expected. Got prompt help from their support when I ran into an issue. It is also much cheaper than the alternatives and allows blocking a user based on IP Address, Email, and Phone. Smooth experience.

Because I couldn't block the IP, I didn't use the app for one month. I didn't use the app for the next two months, but I was still charged for two consecutive months. I made a claim but didn't receive a response. You guys are robbers. Please give me my money back. Everyone, be careful not to use this app.

We're getting attacked by checkout bots. Amy and team took a look, and determined/verified this. Because of the way the bot is doing it, their app/solution won't solve it. But they said this and suggested alternative solutions to solve my problem, even though its not them/their service. Thats great customer service! This is a great indicator on what their software/service provides and what you can expect from support!

Sadly, I am getting lots of fraudulent orders using multiple credit card number attempts. I have FINALLY discovered this wonderful app that can not only stop fraudulent orders, but also BLOCK very beautifully the perpetrators.
