Nightmare. I also see that after leaving a 1 star, their reviews are set to still show they have no 1-star reviews. Manipulation to keep this circus looking great when it's the exact opposite. They send a full refund to a customer after showing it was cancelled, held no accountability and had to fight 2 separate disputes lasting over 3 weeks because of it. Then, just today I get a notification saying that "I upgraded my plan" when I did not. They got rid of the lower level plan, and automatically charged my account almost 4x's as much, with no email or messages letting me know in advance. This is a real **** show if there ever was one. Find another app to do this for you, or reap what you sow.

Crowdship has become a much better product than it used to be, and seems to really incorporate customer feedback. Their customer service, especially from the owner Andre, is some of the best I've ever experienced.

Customer support is amazing and quick to respond. Products are easily added to my site and ready to sell. Would highly recommend using Crowdship. Shoutout to Andre for all the help while I was setting this up.

I've had the opportunity to work with Andre and Felix for the past few years. I've seen how far this app has come in that time. Does the app still need a few tweaks and user friendly modifications, sure - what app doesn't? BUT these guys can't be beat and work hard to earn your business and deliver. I think I've tested and seen everything else in the market that covers this type of product line......and there's nothing better out there. The interface works well, products feed in as they ought to, orders process and ship. I would say this tip - I do NOT recommend collecting your payment until you verify that the product can and does ship. I'm not saying this just for this app, I would say it for ANY app and we actually don't collect any orders even for items we stock until we verify shipping. You don't want a ton of chargebacks or refunds, especially in this niche. The CC processors aren't happy when that happens. Anyways, get this app and see your sales ratchet up!

I recently started using the app and encountered some complications that initially frustrated me. However, the support team was incredibly helpful and resolved my issues promptly. Considering that this is a new app with a vast product base, I'm more than happy to award it 5 stars. While the app does need some improvements, I've been assured that updates are coming soon. Thanks to the excellent support and quick responses, the app now works great for me!
