I have used this app for many years and it helps to create sales over and above what the client had originally thought of purchasing. The app has been made faster with added features. In order to learn my way around the new look, I requested support and Henry Mugo was helpful, and patient for a non Tech person like myself. I would highly recommend Cross sell and Upsell as an app and Henry Mugo who is their Technical Customer Happiness Specialist, a job he does with excellence.

Works great and it really does increase your average order value. The customer service is very responsive if you happen to need it. It's really a great tool to show your customers some of those 'lost in the fray' items that is inevitable with larger stores.
