I'm a single mom starting a company with her two kids and we have limited funds for promotion. I "splurged" to get the business account so I could have all of the features, including emotive AI. The voices do not match the AI - there is no emotion, even when the voice expresses it. This app is poorly programmed because it couldn't even recognize that I had the highest level of subscription and kept saying I needed to upgrade to a lower level. And there is zero customer service. I reached out immediately for help, only to be told customer service was only for business subscribers (which I was). I never heard from anyone, so I cancelled the next day, asking for my money back. Days later, I still haven't heard from anyone and I wonder if I will ever get my money back. I normally don't write negative reviews but I feel like it would be negligent of me as a fellow human to not say something and warn others of what seems like a scam operation. Buyer beware. I would be happy to update my review if I do receive a refund.

DON’T RECOMMEND STAY AWAY Tried it, few tests were good for basic stuff any free software can do. Made the mistake of subscribing for monthly and then noticed that this app is very basic. Developer refuses to refund the subscription even though I only had subscription for less than 10 minutes. DEVELOPER LOOKS LIKE HE JUST WANTS TO SCAM PEOPLE AND MAKE MONEY EDIT: Please don’t be fooled by what the developer says on his response, I used the app for 10 minutes and subscribed as a big mistake as the tokens ran out and wanted to give the app the benefit of the doubt to see if it can do anything useful. None of the generated images worked, they all come up blurry and the AI generator does not even do anything that you type. You would be a fool to even use this app. I have no reason to lie and this is an honest review of a useless app. I doubt the other 5 stars are real, they must be reviews made up by the developer on a fake shopify store to boost the rating. When I told him I would leave a negative review he basically said he doesn’t care and do whatever you want and you won’t get your money back once you pay even if you uninstall the app the same day you started the subscription.

I've been very impressed so far with the application. I wish I would have started using it sooner. Tonight I received some very specific advice which was handled perfectly. There are some small bugs that need to be worked out such as being able to erase previous generations and not clunky folders. Otherwise it's a life saver for my jewelry business.

It's okay to use. Unable to resize images in the app. Customer service is the worst! Needed to create a video fast but it took 30 minutes to answer for the customer service operator one simple question! Claimed to have FREE TEMPLATES but whatever I used, it said that I selected a "PRO" template. Do not suggest it if you want to create free videos!

support was great! This is without a doubt the best video maker/ video automation app out there! The team is always helpful and they are constant renewing themselves adding new features, new templates and much more.

This app has helped us create some high quality, simple, product videos that have added a lot more to our social media presence! Any issues we have had have been minor and the staff have gone up and over to correct or help us figure everything out.
