Best customer service of any Shopify app we've ever used. Had a small bug that was affecting one or two customers. Reached out to support and the owner responded himself within 30 seconds. He then spent the next 45 minutes with us isolating and resolving the issue. Couldn't be happier with the app itself, especially for the price, how easy it is to use and above all the phenomenal support.

I can't say enough great things this app! Within the short time i've been using it, it has helped me to earn more money than any other platform I've used to sell online courses. It's so easy to build and use. It has some incredible features that allow you to create paid courses and subscriptions, but also online communities. I own a beauty business and my website began as a place where clients can book their in person appointments. Last year I decided I wanted to release courses for those who are interested in entering the beauty industry. I tried using other course apps and unfortunately many of them were limited of their offerings and functionalities, so I would download and quickly delete the apps because they did not offer what I was looking for. In addition to this, many course apps are super expensive and being a smaller business, I was not willing to pay hundreds of dollars per month. Finding Tevello has been a blessing. Besides being very user friendly and having many functionalities, it is affordable and the customer service is truly unmatched. Or was happy to answer any questions I had and even took extra time to make sure my courses were presented in the specific way I was looking for. I really appreciate this because although most of the time Shopify and Shopify app's support answer your question(s), they do not typically think further ahead to make sure you're set up for success. If you're looking for a course app, this is the best one out there! I can't remember if there's a free trial with this app, but if there is, try it and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up signing up because this app is so spectacular!

This is an excellent way to host courses and memberships inside your Shopify store. The care and attention of the developer for this app really shines through. The features are robust. This is truly a contender with some of the (very high price) membership and course platforms available. Brilliant!

Sie nehmen sich die Zeit, alles detailliert zu erklären, damit du alles verstehst. Die Integration mit Shopify ist ebenfalls sehr einfach.

This app has changed the game for my online store in so many great ways ! Moshe is super helpful and is always there when I need help sorting things out. There is no task to big or too small and there is always a solution Couldnt recommend this app enough.

I can't rate Tevello highly enough. It does everything we need and more. We initially started using Tevello as a way to give customers access to information about online events (zoom link, discussions, certificates of completion). It's been rock solid and reliable from the start. We're also using it as a bit of a backup for Shopify's Digital Downloads app. Even if our customers don't get the email with the download link, they know they can find it in their Members section in Tevello. We really love how easy it is to use. Just create your course, connect it to your product and everything else happens automatically. We also love the feature that lets us hide the Course until we're ready to launch it (people are paying and getting added to the Course, but can't see it until we're ready). The only problems we've had were due to user error, and the developer was super kind and respectful when helping us figure out where we'd gone wrong. Not only that, he really listens to requests for new features. We're always pleasantly surprised when we go into the app and find new features. One thing I didn't see in the app features that we really love is that you can configure Tevello to send emails from your domain. And he's even looking into adding hosting for videos (it'd be amazing if we didn't have to pay for Vimeo). Tevello really blows all other native Shopify Course apps away. We even prefer it to outside Course services like Thinkific, Teachable, and Udemy (all of which we considered).
